Suggestion API, draft preview, word based diff, multiple fixes
- Added suggestion API
- Initiative API: Drafts optionally delivered as rendered html fragment
- Initiative API: Fixed wrong output of revoked timestamp when using JSON

2 Here you can invite a person on your contact list to collaborate with equal rights on the draft. The invited member must first accept the invitation in order to become an initiator (and be displayed as such). **Attention:** All initiators have the same rights and can remove other initiators.
