3 Vi povas delegi vian voĉon por tiu ĉi temaro (sendepende de via membreco en tiu ĉi temaro) al persono en via kontaktlisto. Tiu ĉi delegacio rangas antaŭ ebla ĝenerala delegacio, sed nur se vi ne mem partoprenas kaj vi ne delegis teman delegacion pri la respektiva temo. Por tema delegado bonvolu ŝanĝi al la respektiva tempaĝo. Vi povas delegi nur al membroj de via kontaktlisto.
